I used up the rest of my blush today but instead of throwing the little container away, I recycled it into play makeup for the girls. I took the little blush that was left over and scraped it out with knife. Then I washed the brush and container out. I took a little red nail polish and painted it for realistic effect.

Recycling makeup containers
My girls looove makeup. My youngest, Haley, is always getting into mine! When the girls go to thier Grandma Bede's, one of thier favorite things to play with is the little vanity and empty makeup containers she puts in the toybox for them.

Haley absolutely loved it and carried it around all day. And of course I love how its completely mess free!
