Baked Squash&Zucchini

Baked squash and zucchini makes a great and healthy side dish for any cookout. I made this to have along with our hamburgers and hotdogs for Labor Day. It's very easy to make!

Onions (optional)
Parmesan cheese

1. Chop squash and zuchinni into rounds. You can also add in onions, asparagus or any other veges you would like.

2. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Spread veges out in a single layer.

3. Drizzle olive oil over the top and toss veges to coat. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. If you are counting calories you can omit the cheese, but it really adds flavor and depth to the dish.

4. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until veges are soft and the edges are slightly browned.
