Game Day Nail Tutorial

Here is an easy nail tutorial for game day. I used black, blue and white for Carolina Panthers!

                                    I started with a base coat of black and waited for it to dry.

 

To make polka dots, I dipped a mechanical pencil (no lead) in the blue and then the white polish and dabbed it on the black.
