  12. I was diagnosed celiac in August so I am still adjusting to a new style of eating. I am trying to eat fewer processed foods and cut down on coffee and dairy as well as eating gluten-free, of course.

  43. I am generally a healthy eater, just not a healthy drinker! I love coffee, mountain dew, sugary teas, etc. I am going to start cutting down on my sugary beverages and replacing them with bottled water. Hopefully by the end of the year I will be caffeine (and caffeine withdrawal headache) free!
