Roasted Vegetables

Roasted vegetables make a great side dish. They are very easy to make. Line a baking sheet with tin foil for easy clean up. Toss veges in olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake.

Sweet Potatoes and Onions
 
 
Squash, Zucchini and Onions
 
 
Brussel Sprouts
