Baked Corndog Muffins

Here is a quick fall recipe for yall. It's really cheap and better for you than the store bought corndogs because they are baked not fried.


Take a box of Jiffy (50 cents each) and make it according to directions. Slice hotdogs into rounds. Fill greased muffin tins (I used my mini muffin tin) and place slice of hotdog on top. Lightly press down into the corn mix.
 
 
Bake until golden brown. Serve with ketchup and mustard!
I make these a few times a month for my girl's lunch. I like to serve it with carrot sticks and applesauce so they get their fruit and veggies as well.
